Your body,
finally understood.

Most apps track one standard cycle. Eira starts from you — your tracks, your phase, your life stage — and builds every day around it.

How it works

Three minutes to yours

1

Pick your tracks

Cycle, PCOS, endo, PMDD, pregnancy, peri… choose any mix. Every screen in the app reshapes around your picks — or join purely as a supporter for someone you love.

2

Check in, gently

One soft daily card: mood, energy, sleep, water, symptoms with 1–5 intensity. Thirty seconds on the days you feel like it. Nothing nags you.

3

Watch it learn you

Your daily plan sharpens, patterns surface from your own logs, forecasts get more yours. The more you log, the more Eira sounds like someone who knows you.

Questions

Fair things to ask

Is Eira a medical app?
No — it's a wellness app. It never diagnoses or gives medical, dietary or exercise advice, and nothing in it overrides your doctor, midwife, dietitian or any other health professional. It organises your own observations so conversations with real clinicians get better — the Doctor summary is built to be handed over at the appointment. How Eira works with your health professionals.
How is this different from Flo or Clue?
Those apps assume one standard cycle. Eira starts from your tracks — PCOS, perimenopause, PMDD, pregnancy and more — plus pain intensity tracking, computed body patterns, doctor-ready reports, and partner sharing nobody else has.
Who can see my data?
You — and only what you explicitly share with people you choose, revocable anytime. No ads, no data sales, and deletion actually deletes. Full privacy policy.
What does the AI actually do?
Personalises your daily plan, narrates your patterns, answers "where do I find…" questions, and drafts doctor summaries — from your data only. It's blocked from diagnosing or advising on medication, and its numbers are computed, not invented.
Has the health content been checked by professionals?
It is being. Before public launch, every explainer, diagram, meal idea and movement idea goes to Australian registered professionals — a women’s health doctor, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a pharmacist — for line-by-line review, and their changes go into the app before it reaches you. Even then, Eira is general information: your own health professionals always come first.
What will it cost?
Eira launches free. Premium plans come later with a genuine free trial and clear pricing — no tricks, and the core experience stays useful without paying.
When can I get it?
It's in final pre-launch build, heading to the App Store and Google Play. Tap "Get notified" below and we'll email you at launch.
